We're back in blog land!

Hi everyone, we're back! We have only been in our house since the first of January and we are finally settled in. I say, "settled", because we still have an office full of stacked moving boxes with their little Uhaul faces smashed against the glass pleading with me to empty them. Poor boxes, they just don't stand a chance against the triple trouble.
So, with a lot of lost time, I probably will be doing a few highlights of the past five months every now and then, just to try to preserve some of these memories. But, for now I will start with the present!
Mother's Day!

Today has been a fairly typical Sunday, (besides the lovely flowers my hubby and daughters gave me), but I have just felt so happy in my heart for my three girls. Who knew such joy could come from such hard work? It is so easy to get overwhelmed in the love that I have for them. I just feel so honored to have them placed by our Heavenly Father, in my care.

This is my Mom. I love her with all my heart. Now I carry an even higher respect for her, realizing the love and the patience she granted me as a little girl, on a daily basis.

This is my mother-in-law, she is the epitome of service. She would honestly do anything for her family. I witnessed this personally as she sacrificed night and day to help me with newborn twins and a nineteen month old! I personally love the closeness that her and I share. I think our relationship is unique to most in-law relationships.
Happy Mother's Day to all women out there who, with or without children, are nurturers by nature and add so much good to this world.

Your girls are very adorable. In fact, they are so adorable that they should grace the pages of your blog more frequently. So you should really ignore that room full of boxes and blog some more - it does seem like the only realistic solution here.
